So we’re on day nine, or the second day of week two! I have decided the dress I was wearing for my pictures so far wasn’t a great choice as it’s really hard to see what’s actually going on. So I am being brave and doing a bikini shot instead, that way you can see what difference (if any) happens. These pictures will be starting from a BMI of 21.60.
So today, after yesterdays hunger fest, has been so much easier. I haven’t been starving like yesterday and it’s felt really easy again. I would like to start losing some weight again soon though!
